SanIndus her technology offers 2 extra (geographical spread) ways of additional/optional data redundancy: Local Geographical and Global Geographical. Fires/theft/molestation and other building/location events related treats will not endanger the data of (and thereby the functioning) of an organization anymore. Internal Redundancy (each disk has an own live copy) is the only way organizations can just work as a disk fails, any other redundancy type takes rebuilding time and gives data offline times, all other Raid Versions gives operational problems when a disk failure occurs. Internal Redundancy can be extended by Local Geographical Redundancy (each disk has besides an internal live copy also a live copy in an other local building or local shelter of the organization).
